Fun with Battery
Thank you forum! You just saved me hundreds, maybe thousands of smackeroos.
I read about the battery problems, leaking and corroding over the computer, so I took the AC Delco original battery out of my '99 C5, sure enough, tons of corrosion, leakage everywhere. Cleaned it up, then put in a new gel battery. Problem solved. It's a very easy operation, too.
