z51 package What is?

My vette shows it has the z51 package. Does anybody know what this is?

Yes it's a 1997.It also shows it has performance axle

All C5s got a power steering cooler. The Z51s came with a finned cooler that was more efficient than the single pipe on base units. However in 97 not all the Z51 units got the finned cooler. I ordered my 97 with the Z51 option. It was built in April of 97 and delivered to me in May of 97 but did not have the finned cooler. I checked all of the build documentation to be sure the car had the Z51 option but did not realize until two years later that some Z51s had a finned cooler Vs the single pipe.
