You need to determine 3 things :
1> Budget (how much you will spend overall)
2> What you want (end result)
3> How long before you want it (length of install)
Good luck

No, no, no!! No Bling (except chrome wheels)EG

This is C5 tech, all suggestions will be for power.
Its hard for us to tell you want YOU want. What is more important to you, appearance or performance? You can drop a ton of cash on crap that makes the car look fast but keeps it stock or you can go the stealth route with a car that looks stock and hauls ***. If you buy floor mats, cargo mats, bling da ling wings, spoilers, hooptie stick on plastic craptacular styling, engine "dress up" kits, painted calipers, chrome wheels, decals, stickers, badges, etc, you will have a personalized car that probably gets a lot of attention at cruises, car shows, gas stations, whatever but it will get abused by that stock looking coupe that idles funny and never seems to open his hood.
Now, go ask this question in C5 General and you'll get a totally different set of responses.

You can then go into the mechanics of it, and start adding aftermarket stuff to gain more power.. 350 Horsepower is plenty to get used to. Get used to the car, and hone the driving skills. Then add some handling mods like shocks, Z06 sway bars, nice tires/brakes. You're gonna need all this if you wanna make a lot of power... I, on the other hand finished my interior with - Red/Black 2-tone Z06, look. Now, going for some power mods, and will add some handling mods as I go...
Hope that helps...
If an auto, then I'd get 3.73 gears and torque converter. Also, I'd change the intake and exhaust...my preference is the HallTech Stinger intake, Kooks headers with hiflo cats and x-pipe, and Z06 TI exhaust.
If its a manual, I'd keep the stock gears but cut down the stock shifter and change the shift **** (I have the MGW Gripper) to get a shorter throw. I'd also recommend the same intake/exhaust combo I listed for the automatic.
Have fun!

and if you like turning get a sway bar (500)or some Bilstein Sport Shocks they goo for aobut (350) or soo helps the handling
