Trouble At the Gas Pump
Pulled into Amoco station to fill up the other day...needed about 12-13 gallons. Pump clicked off after about 5 gallons. I started it again...went for another 3 gallons & clicked off again. Hose was connected properly. First time this happened. Wonder if the flow from gas pump was too fast??

This has happened to me once on my 2003. Try pumping slower or after pumping some fuel in waiting a few seconds. Most likely air in the system causing it. There is a TSB to replace the fuel filler neck, to one that is less angled. I decided against having a dealership screw with my car over this.
