Default Seafoam on a '98

I am ready to do the decarb procedure and have looked at the pics in tech tips. On my 98, I am not seeing the PVC in the same place as the pics. Where on a 98 should I insert the funnel and put in the Seafoam?

I just did my 97 and the directions will follow just like the Tech Tips procdure. Place the funnel in the same spot and just make sure to get someone to help you.

Has anyone used H2O as a decarbonizer? Word has it the old timers use water from a spray bottle. It's also suppose to work as well or better than Seafoam or the GM product.

Any comments are appreciated.
