edit out a code

I keep getting the p0410 code and I was wondering if I could use some type of program to edit it out. I know I won't pass emissions with that pesky check engine light coming on so I figured I'd try to get rid of the code. Is this possible and where do I go to get this done?

A tuner can edit it out, not sure what impact it would have on OBDII/emissions testing if it is turned off.
