Hello. I had a Corsa Indy Exhaust installed last year on my C5. I have noticed that the tips on the passenger side do not stay aligned with the tips on the driver side. They continue to shift upwards, almost touching the bottom of the rearend. Anyone know how I can keep this from happening in the future? Also wondering about something else. I have noticed that after long trips, there is a bit of carbon buildup on the tips. Is this common or do I have an issue that needs to be looked at soon? I have asked the muffler shop that just installed my x pipe and the dealer...both said they did not think there is an issue. Any input would be helpful. Thanks in advance for any info.

Mine did that and it was the U bolt clamp that allowed the muffler to rotate out of position, it had slipped. The flange between the cross over/X pipe and muffler pipe allows some adjustment to get the tips in perfect alignment.
