A/C light keeps flashing for no reason...
When I turn the heat on, the A/C light will come one. Sometimes, when I press it off, it simply blinks at me as so to say,'nope, still here'. Bastard, seems this button is smarter than me...for the moment. Help me out 
..look at me, I am spinning around, aimlessly waving my nubby arms....help.

When you turn on any function on the AC, it senses tempeture and humidity and can turn on the compressor even though you are not cooling. You are trying to turn off the compressor and the controller thinks it should be on. You can usually press the mode button first to just the heater and then press the AC off if it dosn't go off by itself. The AC is smarter than us sometimes
