Default short block performance upgrade--HOW MUCH?

I know it will depend on what parts and how rad you go but anyone have a "ball park" figure for short block upgrade (parts and labor) that will get you anywhere from 50-75 more rwhp??

For a 50-75 rwhp increase I would be looking at changing the top end. You'll really only get that sort of increase with more cubes on the bottom end which will basically force you to change the top end anyway. Just my .02

For a bit less than 4K you can buy an LS2 based 402 short block. They come assembled with all forged parts.

That was true. I believe they have come up with a solution to that problem.
