Driveline bearing or something issue? PLEASE HELP !!!
Okay a few weeks ago my car started making a bad noise when i would let out the clutch in neutral just like a bad thow out bearing. I have heard many bad throw out bearings and this sounded like the culprit, let out the clutch and it did it, push it in bam it goes away. Well i put in a new throw out bearing and it is still doing the same thing and i know it is not the tob bearing now so what the heck else could it be, is there some bearing or something common to go out in the torque tube ??? It kinda souds like its coming from the rear of the tube but then again the front its really hard to tell. Please give me any ideas you may have, its a 99 FRC six speed with 81k.
