Default P0420/P0430 codes?

Well title says it all. Both codes are related to "TWC system low efficiency Bank 1 and bank 2. What does that mean. Anyone?

TIA
Rich.

Have you done any mods with the catalytic convertors recently?

Mine has these codes about once a month. In my case its the after market cats, they have a slighly different distance to the rear o2 sensors. No big deal I just reset and keep driving.

Yeah I've done the Kooks longtubes and high flow cats. With the codes set will it hurt performance? How can I fix the problem?

Thanks in advance
Rich.

A software edit can tell the computer to ignore the rear O2 signals, and the light won't come on.
