IMO yes.
Actually its more than just an opinion, its based on about 40 years of experience by 1000s of mechanics that used them to increase the performace of their carburated engines. They are still widely used today on cars, boats, motorcycles, etc.
Most naysayers probably didn't take Fluid Dynamics & Physics in college or they did but didn't understand it. Those that understand it or have the seat of the pants experience of seeing their ETs drop after installing a velocity stack or stacks, know they work.
Are they the end-all, be-all add-on HP part? Heck no! But they are better than doing nothing, and for $50 bucks, cheap and simple to install.
