With Z06 heads and valvesprings/pushrods, it will fit without issues. Using the cam on your current heads will require a pushrod change (need longer ones), as the base circle of the Z06 cams are smaller. Also a valve spring upgrade.
If you are going to that effort, you may want a slightly larger cam - better tuned for the blower.

So, I have the CD for the '05 GMPP catalog and it shows that Head part no. 88958665 will work on my 5.3 due to the 'milling'. Would this indicate a higher rise from the block than an LS6?
Also, for some reason, it indicates that an LS6 head is only "Emissions Legal" on a Vette.
I'm just trying to allow the most air/fuel through w/my blower (7#) and maintain streetablility.
