Default Z06 Screens

Are their any difference between the GM/OEM Z06 screens (fog light area) verses aftermarket ones; like from Zip, Eckler's. Mid America, TKO and etc.? I know some use double-sided tape and other use velco. But is that it... the type of install and (of course) price?

I got mine from Eckler's (SS with black plastic frame) and they appear to be OEM style. Came with double sided tape, but that mounting is poor. Get some velcro strips from your local Home Depot. Mount the soft felt side to the screens, the hard loops to the fascia. Push the screens in with paper between the two sides. Pull out the paper and -bingo- the velcro grabs and you have a great fit.

Eckler's gives you a choice of screens:
Stock with stainless steel screen
Chrome screen
Blcck screen

I'd give Eckler's a call to find out how each of them mount.
I've read here at the Forum that the velcro/paper slip sheet method seems to be the most popular.
