Default When To use PIAA Lights ???

I just installed a pair of the 1100X PIAA lights and they sure are bright. So bright that I can't use them when anyone else is on the road at night. Should I just save them for when I am alone on the road or try to aim them down so they are not so blinding. Regardless of how I aim them, they are still going to be super bright. When do you guys use yours, just on deserted country roads or ???
Thanks, Phil

You cant use FOGG lights, unless there is fogg OUTSIDE, if you get caught with them on and there is no FOGG its a MOVING VIOLATION and will affect your driving record.

FOGG LIGHT IN CALI ARE A WASTE OF$$$$$$$$

The PIAA 1100X lights are not fog lights, they are driving lights. I drive the car allot in AZ too.

Adjust them down a little and use them.
I use mine a lot of times instead of the head lights, especially when it's just starting to get dusk on up to night. They're brighter than the head lights.

I adjust my PIAA a little lower than my low head light beam.
