Dead battery

I had to replace my dead battery in my o2 vette. I now have no power going to my radio. Also, my gauges keep going crazy and my air conditioner goes off, my windows won't go down, I get messages on the screen to service the engine, check tire pressure,etc. Does anyone know what in the world is going on? Need help!!!!

Does it have warranty? If so, take it to a dealer. This is what I am doing tomorrow for my 03 Z06.

If not, check your ground connections (plenty of threads showing the locations)
