Buddy has 97 vert, just installed one of thoes ebay short twin cone air intakes, looks good says he can feel a difference !!!!
I have a 99 with a few mods no big deal, was going to cut the air box but this thing looks good, does it work ?

Will be the response a lot of folks here will give you. I thought about getting one of these myself but backed out because I wasn't sure on filter quality. If the filter looks good go for it, anything will be a step up from stock. Your buddy seems to be pleased.

I dont understand why you would want to cut those already low costs to go with an unproven non-name brand piece of junk. you dont know the quality of the filter or the construction. i wouldnt want to put a $60 intake on my 50 grand sports car. just doesnt make a whole lot of sense

I agree with ya, I ordered the vararam unit ........
The one my buddy has uses two K&N filters w/chrome body and it looks great, he gave less than $100.00 shipped, not bad, would not call it junk!
