intake scoops by foglights...

intake scoops by foglights...
My question is... i am trying to put in some of those plastic intake things that surround the foglights (the ones with holes) what is the best way to do it? I can reach two of the bolts and i can feel the clip for a harness but the one on the outer edge is tough to get at. Do you get it through the fender liner? i can kind of feel it when the headlight is up but it would be tight. Any ideas? Thanks!
