Hey John.....

Can't believe with the pipes you have on that car that you'd will hear much resonance from any gear set.
I don't remember if you've said you drive mostly around town or highway, but around town, lower (higher number) is more "fun" just that traction can become scarce...you know it has for me. My 4:10 upgrade (mines a 6-spd.) was one of the best mods I made!

Good luck with your changes and I'll see you around the "man-cave" soon. My cars there now.

Does anyone have a quick and dirty calculation I could use to figure out the rear end gear ratio/engine rpm's with cruising speed. I see most say 3.73's are around 2400-2500 rpm's at 70. I would like to be able to calculate this for 3.90's and 4.10s. Thanks

Chris I was out by Kevins saturday giving Kev A helping hand with your clutch so if it don't work you can blame me tell me do you need rear brakes ! we had to remove them ???? only kidding kev is a 110% pro no dought abought it he did it in no time flat when i got there he just took it apart when i left he was all most done putting it back together

This is why he gets paid the BIG bucks! I knew I should have had him do a cam while it was there....the wife's in Vegas for work all week, but I was worried how long it might take to do both. Oh well more time to do research...
