Headlights Won't Shut Down?

Headlights come on when I start vette without turning switch on. Then when I try to shut them down they stay on. I have to shut car off and then start again to turn off lights. Sometimes that woks and sometimes not. Any similar problems with this? Is there a GM bullitin on this that someone knows about? Thanks, Paul.

IF u have twilight sentinal you may have to go into your DIC and turn it off hit options and see if u have the twilight sentinal option if u do shut it off

Try putting the lights on high-beam & then shutting them off.
I ran into my lights staying up when I switched to hi-power Euro lights.
The high-beam position works for me.

I heard that the euro lights caused this problem however, I have the stock bulbs in. Guess I'll try your fix. I'll also look into the twilight sentinal issue. Also if there is a blown bulb.
