Default ARP head stud torque

Can anyone tell me the torque for the head stud (ARP studs). Should I use molly grease or 10w30 oil on the threads. And can the studs be reused.

I prefer to use the moly if available but you can use oil too. I do 3 phases starting at 25 then 50 and finally 75 pounds. I then go over the small 5 bolts on the top of the head and make a second pass at 28-30 pounds.. Yes they can be reused.
