Default CD changer problem?

Halo Everybody!

I have CD changer problem or I don't know how to use it... I tried to get to magazine but when I pull flaps to the right (eject) position magazine does not eject. I tried tu push it down but nothing happened. I never used CD since I bought the car so I am not sure if CD works.
I do something wrong? Or CD is damaged?

did you push it all the way to the left?? if it isn't over all the way it wont eject...

are you sure it has power??

make sure the cable is plugged into the changer..bottom corner and if all that checks out is it connected to the head unit

which reminds me..do you have the stock system....if not it wont work with an aftermarket unit

good luck

Pushed all the way left and right...
It has power cause when doors are pushed to the right (eject position) I see white light and red light inside
From time to time I hear mechanical sound for a second but nothing happens
Magazine still is sitting inside
This is not aftermarket unit

I am afraid that it is damaged.

hit the reset button on the front face of the changer and it should eject. If I remember correctly, a ball point pen will work.
