Save your money.
I had B&B PRT on my '01, and went with Stingers on my '04 and honestly, I can't tell the difference.
Now, to be fair, I sold the '01 before buying the '04, so didn't have a head to head comparison, but I didn't sense much difference.
Now my Dad had PRTs on his '01 and drove in my '04 and said he could tell a difference (a bit louder and deeper) but honestly? ...shrug...
If you can get a good price on your PRT takeoffs ok, but if it were ME, I wouldn't spend the money.
Just my opinion.

I have a set of Quad tip B&B Bullets I my want to trade...
My car has F1R S/C, Heads, Cam, Headers AND B&B's.. Talk about loud...You can hear me from blocks away.
Are the PRT's a little quieter?? I still want my car loud, just not Winston Cup Car loud.
