Default Dyno charts what happened?

I just had my car dynoed and where did my hp go? This is the first dyno chart:

As you can see I am suppose to be getting 409 rwhp acording to the dyno done by the shop that did my heads and cam, but just today I had a dyno done on a dynojet and got less rwhp than before.

The only changes that were done to the car was a highstall torque converter (vigalante 2800) and we reversed the cat and x-pipe location on my lg lt headers. How could this cost me 40hp? Something is fishy here!

HP gone and funny (strange) looking torque curve also!

Are both HP curves SAE adjusted?

Two different kinds of dynos, one done by the tuner who installed your heads and cam, the second done with the addition of a TC that may or may not have been locked. Neither indicates whether they were corrected to sea level. Seems to be all kinds of reasons for different results to me.

The strange torque curve is from my torque converter not being locked-up till the valley. It was my fault not the installer. I do not know how to lock the converter with my hptuners while doing a dyno run. I also have my converter in third not locking till 65mph. I will change this next time I do a dyno run.

Both runs are corrected to SAE and even so the Mustang dyno should read less right?!?

Mustang dyno results vary alot. They are easy to fudge(or mess up) the numbers depending on the settings. We had a local 2003 Z06 guy have his car dynoed on a mustang dyno. It showed only 275wrhp. Same dyno different day showed my friends 96' with mods made only 202rwhp What a joke. I have never seen a mustang dyno be consistant in there readings. Dynojets are more accurate. I have had my C4 on 3 different dynojets and they were all within 4% of each other..
