My 2004 vert when I start out it has good power but there is a second or two of stall before it speeds back up. Might be the 273 gear I have in it. Any one got any ideas? Thanks
Not totally sure what you are trying to say. Are you leaving your traction control on? If you are then, your car is probably spinning its tires, traction control goes into effect and slows the car down for a second or two. When you get traction, then you shoot off. Turn the TC off if you are punching it from a stop.
Also, if its just slow, it probably is your 2.73 gears. I currently have the same gears, but the car is in the shop today and tomorrow to have 3.42 gears put in. Car should be a lot more responsive and pull a like a freight train. Or so I've been told. I know I can't wait. I've had these gears for almost a year and they are killing me.

Sound like what we called transmission lug at down shifting. We cured the problem in the old days with a Powerloader or have the computer reprogrammed tighting up shift points.
