Wheel Spacers
Offset will affect whether the tire will rub the inside of the wheel well, but with the widths you list, unless you have major positive offset, you will be fine.
What will dictate whether spacers are needed is the spoke design and whether or not the spokes provide clearance for the brake calipers.
If you buy wheels that are frequently put on C5s, and have stock calipers, then you will not have to worry about it, as the vendors will ship you wheels that are appropriate for C5 use.
Hope this answers your question.
