Tensioner Pulley quick install TIP!!!
I replaced the drive belt and A/C belt today with a new tensioner pulley.
A mechanic from the dealership gave me this tip:
Install the belt over the tensioner and every other pulley except the large round water pump pulley in the center. Push down on the tensioner and slide the belt under the round pulley. The round shape will allow it slide right on!

The water pump pulley doesn't have a ledge for that reason.And that why the belt is quick to jump off if the tensioner is shot.

Yeah... well another person at the dealership said just push the pulley down. I also found a few forum posts that say.. just push it down. Nothing about sliding over the round water pump pulley.
