I have longtube headers and hi-flow cats and I was getting the same code/s. I did a search on the forum and then determined that I should probably try 02 sims. I did, and I haven't been getting the codes since. I have gotten a code P1154 at least once maybe twice, but haven't lately. Don't know if the sims will help in your case, but they might.

I guess I should have also asked,cause I am not sure,which side is bank2? ..Passenger or driver?
Can I cause engine or other damage by driving with this condition??

No, as far as what I've read, and what LPE tells me, these codes P0430/P0420 are not indicative of problems that would affect the safety or well-being of your engine, only a PITA as far as resetting the DIC goes. I would like to add that LPE didn't install my headers/cats and said that I might have this problem with the headers/cats I installed. Irregardless, after the 02 sims I don't get that code/s, but I have gotten P1154 a couple of times, not often. I would also say that the bank 2 is probably the passenger side, but, not sure! I've have gotten quite good at resetting the DIC "on-the-fly" and feel quite lucky that it is that simple to "check engine"!!!
