Hang it on the refrigerator...? (sorry I couldn't resist.. )

Actually it doesn't take a very large magnet, I use my extendable magnetic pick-up (for when you're clumsy and drop a bolt into the "black hole" of an engine compartment). The exact directions are available on the net, but once you enter the TPS learning mode using the DIC, you just start with the left front wheel and go around the vehicle clockwise. I hold it on the valve stem and in about 7-8 seconds the horn will blow. Do each of the wheels the same way and you're done.

If somehow someone gets your sensors mixed up in the process of changing tires, just go through the "learning" process and all is well… as long as you start on the left front wheel then right front, right rear and finally left rear… they are not wheel/location specific until the learning process is complete. Which of course you can re-do anytime and they once again become wheel specific...

Yes, this will work on aftermarket wheels/tires (assuming the sensors are installed correctly)..,follow the same procedure.

If the sensors are good and they are the correct ones for your vehicle, they should function. I would suspect batteries or possibly the wrong sensor for your vehicle. If none of them work it might be something to do with your receiver.

The Service manual is usually great for this type of troubleshooting.
