c-5 noob question
dont really care for the 99 c-5 rims too much and was thinking about getting a set of z06 rims a friend has.
these rims do not have the tps sensors in them.
I know that leaving them out will not kill the car,that I would just have to hit the reset button every now and again.
but the question is,
can the sensors on the factory rims be switched to the z06 rims? if so how easy/hard of a task is it and what exactly do you have to do.thanks in advance.

I did the same thing. Bought the crome ZO6 rims from House of Wheels (advertiser). The sensors are the value stems so they easily fit into the new rims. Just hire someone that changes out vette rims frequently because it is easy to brake the sensor when sliding the tire over the rim.
