Default Tire Question

I noticed a loud clicking sound comming from my right rear tire.Upon inspection I found a 10-32 x3/4 ( aprox 3/16 dia) allen head cap screw sticking out of it.I'm running Michelin Pilot Sport A/S runflats with about 4k on them.Anyway when I removed the bolt nothing happened no air comming out no small leak nothing.I believe the bolt was in the tire about 1/2" at the thick portion of the thread. The bolt had a blunt end so I think it was pushed into the tire rather than a puncture. My question is what should I do? It's been about a week and no air loss.I don't drag or race my car so should I just let it go and see what happens?I really don't want to remove the tire off the wheel again unless I really have to.

I have picked up a screw and a nail in my H2.. I just pull them out..nothing happens.. good to go.

I would not worry about it if it is not leaking air.

Just keep on top of the pressure, but 2 weeks and no issues? You go to roll
