My car started to die quite often several weeks ago, even while it was in motion. I didn't know if it was the battery or not and sure enough the battery I bought from Murray's happened to have a bad cell. One of the problems I had while using the old battery was after disconnecting and connecting it once before, the headlight motors kept clicking as if the headlight wanted to come up but they wouldn't; this was when the car was not running too. I tried starting the car and turning it off but the problem still persisted and when I tried to turn the headlights on they wouldnt pop up. I thought maybe the fuses were blown but those checked out fine.
After getting a new replacement battery, I thought that might've corrected the problem, but to no avail the problem still continues. Does anybody know what this could be. The same thing happened before when my old battery died too and a simple replacement corrected the problem. Is there something else I'm missing? PLEASE HELP.
I may be way off base here but would check the ground wires from the battery. It's a place to start anyway....you really need to have sound ground connections for things to work right with all the elctronics today. Just a minor glitch will send your loving ride into the abyss of electrical gremlin hell.
So I checked the computer codes and here's what popped up. The codes do all have the letter H before them so that should mean they're historical problems.

Well, it seems that the issue was mainly corroded grounding points. However, I have a new problem: the bolt behind the driver side headlight that has one grounding wire along with another module of wires connected to it broke off while i was tightening the bolt. Now, how the hell do I fix the broken bolt? It's screwed into the actual chassis beam. Is there some type of super automotive conductive glue that I can use to glue back the two pieces? Please advise.
