Default Part Number and Tips
My water pump started a slow drip. Does anyone know the part number for a water pump for a 2002. It looks like an easy repair. Any tips you could pass on will surely help.

I have owned vets since 64.. Looks can be deciving,, I never call a job easy,, even if it is..

It is easy. Check out the cam/heads install on ls1howto.com. It shows you how to removes the waterpump. You probably get a low mileage used one from someone on the forum who has upgraded to an Evans or Electric waterpump..

If it is the same as a 2000 coupe PN is 89017456. GM Part #
