need explanation on frt end alignment term

need explanation on frt end alignment term
I had my frt end alignment done today because the steering wheel was off and I had some drifting.All this came about after the dealer had replaced the transmission seal and the lft axle seal both were leaking.The drifting is gone but the steering wheel is off by a small amount .All the specs are within and I understand them all but the one that says Steer ahead .02*.What does this mean? The steering wheel is off to about 1 oclock.If I adjust the toe on both side accordingly(Make one longer and the other shorter the same distance) will that change anything but wheel position?

What does the steer ahead mean? The range is-.05 to .05.Mine is at .02. Any help on this is greatly app.Trying to get these frt end guys to get the steering wheel straight is a pita.I guess being **** has its many bad points.
