Add:
Kooks+Corsa to your list for consideration too.
The LG's seem to have a little advantage in the overall flow category, but unless you've done at least H/C mods, I can't justify the considerable extra expense. Don't get me wrong, the LG's are great, but to me they are the best choice for guys getting into more serious mods i.e. strokers, heads/cam, hair dryers, etc.

Kooks definately has the best headers/x-pipe-get the larger diameter now if you plan on making more upgrades later. The Borla stinger is the best bang for the buck IMO.I was at Kooks facility on Weds.and it is very impressive.

My Kooks shipped yesterday and should be here next week.
I will run them with ZO6 factory mufflers.
Had the Borlas with my current set-up and the drone in my A4 was killer.

Just had SLP's installed on my 97 coupe with 95K miles. Gained 20 hp on dyno and 20 ft/lb torque. Across the power band. Induction is on order.
Stock it was 295 hp and 300 torque. As i said both went up 20 on dyno. with no tune yet. After intake then a tune.

Djones, did you install an X pipe and free flowing cats too? Or what? Any aftermarket from Cats back?
Thanks.
