I also have BBK shorty headers and MSD wires, NO problems at all.... 
Check those spark plug wires............

Check those spark plug wires............
Took the vert out for a spin the other day and noticed it to be a little sluggish..............and not as snappy hitting 2nd but couldn't put my finger on it.
Pulled into the carport and heard a very suttle miss and electrical arc on the DS.
I misted water on it..........#6 plug wire was arching!
Went to pull it off the next day & this is what I got:
I pulled off the coil pack end and it broke right off.
Well at 29K miles on the OEM wires its time for some new ones, the B&B shortie headers that came with it are throwing off some heat which kills wire life! Might even throw some cool socks on there

Just be careful when you install the MSD's that you don't accidentally bump the coolant gauge sensor and knock the wire loose or your guage will pegged and you will throw a 0118 code.
