I would go with a special offered by someone like LGM, etc. and go with the MONGOOSE AFR 205 heads, comp 921 springs, and nice good old fashion RELIABLE and battle tested street cam like a 224/224, 112 or 113 lsa or 114 if your an A4. on a .581 lift. This with headers and prof. tune will get you around 430 to 440rwhp and be totally streetable and reliable!!!!!!!!!

I ahve to agree with Eamador here. His car is vey reliable and can easily be driven everyday in or out of traffic. Plus the thing is fast....
Now if you are like me that is not good enough so the G5X3 with AFR heads is what I am doing...

thanks for the help i have been talking to lg motorsports i thank i am going to use afr 205 heads & G5x3 cam from them. also have jethot headers what a pile of s*** right side leaked at the head had to relocate o2 bungs don't buy them like i did !!!

Well, keep in mind that you are basically working on a big air pump, its got to have an "insa" and an "outsa". To maximize any H/C package, you need to open up both ends with a decent intake and header/exhaust combo.
My car ran low 12's with headers, intake and clutch. Haven't gone back with the new set up yet.
