This is possible with a properly sorted out TT setup. Fueling and tuning is highly critical in making these kinds of numbers on a stock LS1 because very little room for error. I would not run this amount of boost all the time on a stock internal LS1. I would run a more conservative boost level of 5-6psi for daily driving.

I've never heard of Prewitt Automotive Services. All of the turbo pictures on their web site belong to HP. That is the HP turbo kit - you can read all about it in the "Forced Induction" section.

What exactly was your question about the HP turbo kit?

I just did not belive our blocks could handle this stock. I spoke to them today and yes they said it can. They were selling me the whole kit for 9100 dollars shipped and everything. I have to get with some more people and see if they want to purchase this with me also . This is nothing compared ti Lingenfelters price tag.

the block can handle whatever you wanna throw at it..the pistons are another story

same as everybody else has said and is going to say...sure it'll probably do it, but no it won't do it long term...esp if everything else isn't just right

Do yourself a favor and go with a TTi kit. HP has had many problems which you can read about on the forced induction forum.

Just seems against the laws of physics to me.

A stock Z06 makes ~350 at the wheels
If you add 14.7psi you might expect to double this if:
You have some major intercooler set up or meth injection (hardly stock)
and if the turbos and engine were close to 100% efficient

I'm guessing that the VE of the LS6 is 85% on a good day and turbos are say 70% efficient.

I am more than ready to discuss, but I'd say a "Stock Z06" would make some where around 550RWHP at 9.5psi with a good TT set up.

What are you guys getting in the real world?
Anywhere close to 670RWHP @ 9.5psi on a stock motor?

Hey, and I am always ready to be wrong, Flame away...
TTi kit is well tested and I like the look of Andy's TT. So start saving, His reputation is stella.

Like Mark said you can read about it here: http://forums.corvetteforum.com/forumdisplay.php?f=86

Alot more people can answer your questions and plenty of info already posted.

The kit is the HP one which you can buy direct.

I did 625 rwhp @ 9 psi but I'm far from stock.
