IPC repair?
It looks like my instrument panel cluster has gone bad. It generally works, but it will intermittently not light up and the DIC buttons almost never work. It also reports odometer error most of the time now. I've done all the troubleshooting recommended in the manual and I'm now to the point where it says "repalce the ipc".
I went looking for a part# in the documentation I have and it basically says there is not a part# and you must send it to a repair facility.
2002 c5 coupe, btw.
Does anyone know of a good repair facility? I can talk to a local dealer, but I'm sure they would want their cut... which is typically an insane markup.
I'm so stupid, this happened a few times before the warranty was out, but it was very intermittent. Now it is pretty much has some issue with the IPC all the time. I should have just stopped by and had them log it so that I would have been covered on the cost of repair.
Any advice or other info would be greatly appreciated.
