Hey guys this may sound nuts but I have a little bit of a delema. My 02' I hate to admit is a bit of a garage queen and about three months ago I joined the "FRC" and replaced the top with a reglassed one from astro tops. The only problem is that today when I was washing the car the drivers side leaks. I know, three months later and I'm washing it I never noticed the gap due to the fact that I rarely wash the car because I don't take it out in any weather. Any suggestions? I have a funny feeling that even if I send them an email they are just going to say "should have said something sooner now its too late" Anyone else have this type of problem before?

Can you post any photos. Different problems call for different solutions. There is a window tip in adjustment on the tech tips page of my website but I have no idea if this is what your car needs.
Had to replace my glass top a month or so ago (FRC too). Bought a new GM top for $950 but had the same problem when I tried to install the weatherstripping. Took it to the Chevy dealer and their body shop couldn't fix it either. They said there was a subcontractor called the "water doctor" who comes around to their dealership every week or so. Apparently it's a "chain" business in this area (Central Penna). They fixed it no problem. Where are you located? Perhaps there is someone like that there too. If you want I can try to get more information about them.
well guys here are the pics that were requested.......
I feel like I'm stuck between a rock and a hard place with this one. I'm sending the company and email with these pics. You guys think it would be a good idea to tell them that I'm part of the forum and see if helps?
I had same problems when i did new GM glass top last spring; see this bulletin on 1998-99's. I never got the actual bedding and glazing compund they suggest, I just used automotice silicone. Especially on 'ends' of weatherstrip channel and around the window blowout clip.
