Airbag replacing
Guys,
I need to replace my airbags which blow out. I have replaced both of them but can not connect 'coil'? plug which sits in steering wheel to the airbag. Plug is smoked. I've heard that coil should be also replaced? Is it true? How about SDM module? Shoul it be replaced every time? On my DIC I have codes: 58SDM - B0016, B0026, B0051.

ok
the coil your talking about is called the clock spring and the heat from the bag firing sometimes melts the end of the plug..... you need a clock spring and the control module also.....i think the module is right behind the ashtray next to the cig Lighter..... there is some dude in Canada that can reset the module, but it's easier to just buy a new one then reset the code with a scanner..........
