SLP MASS Airflow Sensor
Gentleman,
I have a 00 vette LS1 with heads, cam headers, 430 RWHP and want to install SLP's mass airflow sensor due to the larger design of the sensor 85mm vs 75mm (97-00) and better airflow. Does the SLP come allready calibrated out of the box or do I have to have the sensor recalibrated for the 01-04 application. In addtition I have a blackwing aircleaner will I have to order the lager bellows for the larger airflow sensor?

If your replacing the MAF you should have it tuned, even if it is calibrated it will act different with everyones setup. I personally wouldn't replace it. The expense and possible tuning issues arn't worth the HP you think your going to get. I don't think 430 is enough HP to warnt the mod. I would look somewhere else for power. Given the year of your car you would be much better served with a FAST intake and TB. I seriously wouldn't touch the MAF.
