Well guys my clutch is gone. Can anyone give me any tips on one to get? I will have about 450RWHP by winter so i will need one that can take it. I drive the car harder then the average person. Any tipsonone to get without braking the bank/?
I have 437 rwhp, and I have been very happy with my Luk Pro Gold clutch (comes with Fidanza aluminum flywheel). I bought the assembly from a forum vendor, Motorsport Image & Performance for $750 on a GP they were running. If you go with this clutch, you will need to have your installer increasing the clamping force for maximum clutch grip.
There are lots of other good choices and I'm sure others will chime in here.

Don't get the Luk Gold if you're going to run a soft tire at that power level. I have it on a bolt-on Z06 with Nitto's and it doesn't hold. Waste of money on a drag car IMHO.
There were some more threads at LS1tech.com, and some of the high power cars seemed to be having luck with textralia after trying a few. I'm going to be around 44whp, but I think peak torque is probably harder on these than anything, and I'm running Nittos.
Some have recommended that in addition to the clutch, flywheel, to also replace the hydraulics w/ 04' Z06 parts... I haven't gotten a complete parts list of what to replace yet though.
