worn tires setting off tcs/abs lights?
This might be a really stupid question, but here goes - I have Michelin Pilot Sport runflats on our 00 coupe - the center strips on both tires have worn unbelievably - I mean to the point of belts showing - and my traction control/abs lights have lit up and stayed on. Obviously, I'm replacing the tires, but could wear have something to do with the warning lights I'm getting as well?

I don't know about the light staying on,, if you are stopped and the light is on ,, there is a problem. My tires are worn to the wear bars and need replacements and they spin very easily, but I only get the light when they are spinning and I know it. While normal driving there is not light. I suspect you have a problem in the system. 99 Nassau Blue
