Try what Cscokd suggests above. To make this easier, go to corvettesofhouston.com and buy you a column lock blocker (CLB) and use the cigarette lighter adapter thingy it comes with to apply the battery voltage to the column lock motor to hopefully retract it. Then install the CLB and give the column lock the finger!
