It looks like a Harlan Shift Light. I checked his website awhile ago and it appeared as though he had shut down his online store! I wonder if it's still down....checking...

That's a Raptor shift light mounted in a custom machined delrin mount I designed to fit in the A-pillar pod.
Also, I actually made a few custom delrin mounts for the Harlan for some buddies a while back. I patterned it after the one that came with the Raptor.
Incidentally, I used to have mine attached to the upper A-pillar with the Raptor mount. It's very easy to change the Raptor settings so it's nice to keep the dip switches accessible in case you want to move the shift point up or down.
