I got 5/8 x 7" bolts w/locking nuts for the rear, drilled out the washers & bushings so they fit the 5/8 bolt,so you don't have to cut the bushings. The front I took the bolt out and put a piece of rubber between the A-arm and leaf spring. It rides pretty good and looks alot better. The back is alittle bouncy.
if lowered to the max of the stock bolts will it need the alignment need to be done??
i need to know because i am running 20" wheels front and back and dont want to kill the tires
thanks

It is suggested, but some people do not and have no problems.
I did exactly what this thread suggested and have had ZERO ride issues after cutting the bushings - i don't see how those hard black things could soften the ride anyway..........just my experience - it works for me and worked well. Your choice of shocks is what determines your ride.......just my opinion and experience...... I tried it both ways.
