Gas tank leak???
Hey guys my baby is leaking gas and i dont know why. I've got a 97 a4 and about a day ago it started to leak gas. It only leaks while the car is running so i dont think its the gas tank itself and i checked the three main hoses in the back and the leak was coming from the side, but without a lift i cant really get a good look so im headed down to the shop i was just hopin someone could maybe tell me what they think it is so i have some idea of what im dealing with. thanks

I have the SAME thing in my 04.
STOP DRIVING YOUR CAR.......
It only leaks when running, due to fuel pump preasure.
MAJOR job to fix........ the WHOLE drive train must be removed.
DO NOT drive your car.......... gas is dripping right beside your exhaust.
Did I mention NOT to drive your car?
