It does seem low, but according to your trap speed in the quarter, it's probably right on. Tuning issues probably.

Sounds a tad low. When I had my 2003 C5 with the exact same driveline mods, Vararam KOOKS 1 3/4 headers, high flow cats, and 170* stat, she dynoed at 327.9 RWHP/ 341.3 ft lbs RWTQ with Aaron Strope at Stropes Speed Shop.

Of course that car, being a 2003, had come from the factory with the LS6 manifold.

Before buying anything else, I would get the car dyno tuned with the present mods, and yes I would expect a 19 to 20% driveline loss with that torque converter and 3.42s.

The Vararam likely did nothing for my dyno numbers. But it certainly helped on the 1/4 mile track ETs and trap speeds once the car was moving.

i really would have to say there probably more in it but its close go get it retuned but before plz put the z06 manifold on u will gain more than 2 0r 3 hp i would say easily 10 to 15 to the rhwp i did when i made the change also the headers are a littile big for the 346 I would go with 1 & 3/4 & a x pipe catless with a nice catback setup i prefer borlas good luck with your choices btw go to the for sale section on the site u can get good deals on the z06 manifold

One question- with a 2400-2600 stall converter and 3.42 gears, what would the flywheel to rearwheel driveline loss be- 20%?

Thanks.
A little more, high stalls and gears both eat up some HP.
