Bolster Problem - Help Needed

Bolster Problem - Help Needed
New owner and the bolsters don't inflate on an 01 with sport seats. I hear air pumping but they don't inflate. Both back (i.e., lumber) bags work. Any suggestions on how to fix? Thx.

Unzip top of what and unbutton sides of what??? I'm a new owner and not sure what you mean. Does the leather seat cover unzip and unbutton? I don't see a zipper or buttons on the seat. Thanks.
